Recent research has shown that exercising may not be good for you: it can lead to heart attacks.
Mike Wilson, a young boy ,fell down immediately after running in gym class. Wilson’s parents said that their son never had any medical issues before. “our family background is clean,” said Wilson’s mom.
Scientist Dr. Jone Himton found that Wilson did indeed have a heart attack. At first he thought it was impossible because exercise is supposed to help decrease the chance of a heart attack, but he did the research and tested one more time and the result was still heart attack. The conclusion is that Wilson, who exercises daily, had a heart attack while running during gym class.
This startled his parents, who were worrying about their son’s unexpected incident.
Wilson parents and Dr. Himton are still trying to find out more about his condition.
